Come join Compliance Services International (CSI) Principal Consultant / Regulatory Affairs, Melinda Bowman, at the 2022 Maximum Residue Limits (MRL) Harmonization Workshop to be held May 25 – 26 in San Francisco, CA.

From the Organizers, “The interactive seminar will address critically important issues for stakeholders with interests in exporting agricultural products. Growers, packers, shippers, PCAs, registrants, regulators, trade experts, and other stakeholders in international trade are strongly encouraged to attend.”  Presentation Topics to include: International trade trends, global registrations, pesticide residue monitoring, MRL strategies for growers, updates for international residue standards (US, NAFTA, Asia, EU, Codex, global etc.), with inadvertent issues and panel discussions.

CSI has staff experienced in supporting the setting and defending of new and existing Maximum Residue Limits (MRL), also known as pesticide residue tolerances, and/or crop residue levels. We can assist in recommending new tolerance levels for commodities as well as defense of existing tolerances. CSI’s team members are skilled problem solvers in international regulatory affairs, regulatory due diligence, compliance, toxicology and ecotoxicology, environmental fate, and risk assessment for agricultural chemicals, biopesticides, and consumer products.

Our experience includes various aspects of preparing, submitting and defending national and international registration dossiers, applications to set new import tolerances, and response to reviews of existing international MRLs by various international regulatory bodies and organizations, including EPA, PMRA, EFSA, ECHA, and JMPR/CCPR.

CSI can be your partner, providing strategic guidance in this process, as well as assistance in developing and coordinating the required documentation to facilitate the evaluation of new MRLs and support in existing MRLs.

Melinda Bowman will be available throughout the conference to meet with you to answer any questions you have regarding our regulatory and technical consultancy services pertaining to Federal and State pesticide and  biopesticide registration support.
